		<description>Yes, we've explicitly described our governance system as a social contract one.  This is perhaps reflected in the very name of the project, "the Citizens' Compendium."  We don't just have contributors.  We recognize explicitly that we're a community, and the contributors have a stake in the community, if they agree to our fundamental rules; so they're Citizens.</description>
